We have experienced the excellent guidance of Sandra as very positive. Preparations were made step by step and we did not have any concerns. Every next step was taken in peace. Her suggestion to let our grandchildren paint wooden butterflies for omi's chest was a golden tip for their processing. We look back on a beautiful day with many beautiful memories.

Sandra has helped us to say goodbye the right way of my love. Sandra came in and asked us first to our wishes, so she could tell then what were the possibilities. This brought order to the already existing chaos. Sandra managed to filter options by listening carefully, but always left control in our hands. She took time to talk, was accessible and thought it. She had a warm contact with my children, all our friends and family. It was very nice to have her with us during this difficult week.

What an incredibly nice person Sandra is to work with in such a difficult time. She has an eye for the next of kin. She is professional, advises you where necessary, but first of all she listens to you and knows how to filter your wishes between the lines flawlessly. She is involved, thinks along with you and is really available 24/7. She arranges everything for you, but always gives you the feeling that you are in control. Thanks to her good care, we were able to say goodbye in a beautiful and very personal way.

I write few reviews but would like to share my positive experiences with Sandra. Really super like how Sandra took us by the hand to arrange everything around the funeral. In our case, a real pressure coocker in which every part of the day counted and Sandra was always in control and approachable 24/7. This continuous service orientation was essential for us, and I suspect that we would have been bluntly caught here at the large funeral companies.
