What a deception this app is! The promises are nice, but like other reviewers there are major problems with the synchronization of this app. After two months of use, I found that I never got points for my heart rate. Contacted a.s.r. and the simple answer was that I couldn't use a running tracker like Nike Run Club or Runkeeper on my Apple Watch. Although it is also paired with my Apple Watch and Apple Health, a.s.r. Vitality app not syncing properly with this. For me it is therefore worthless because I also want to be able to keep track of my runs and get information while I run. The helpdesk does not want to think along or come up with other options, they also do not admit that they do not inform properly in advance about this. Definitely not worth paying money for every month! An absolute must for anyone who wants to be serious about their health in a fun way.
Great app, after the update the synchronization works again ...
But if after the first 4 weeks, after you have achieved the 250-350 points, you are immediately upgraded to 650 required points .... Well, this way I can also ensure that people can only receive 2-3x such a bonus receive.
If you achieve your goal you are expected to get more points (very soon after the update), but if they are not achieved you will not be scaled up as quickly ... Conclusion: unfortunate that the required points are scaled up so quickly.
Had a bad experience with this app a few times now. For example, you have to synchronize your smartwatch within 5 days, otherwise your workouts will be lost. Unfortunately, you only find out after it is already too late. Now I have two expired weekly rewards, because now - again now that it is too late - I am told to exchange them within 2 weeks.
If you order something in a webshop and return it, you have to request a refund of your receipts / vouchers from the webshop because this is not automatic.
Irritation level is quite high.
Have the app for 2 weeks. I am not getting any earned points in my account. According to customer service, that is everything but their own app, when that is the one that is not working properly. The customer service via whatsapp responds a maximum of 1x per day (!?), The chat option on the website does not work, and neither is calling, so there is no way to be helped or give constructive feedback.
The idea is good, but instead of helping health, this app is more likely to cause annoyance and stress.
BTW: if you Google the textless five star review writers, you will soon find out that they work / have worked at ASR themselves. Tip for ASR: rather spend your time improving customer service instead of presenting the world with a different image than reality ....
EDIT update: Today (wrs at my request in whatsapp) I received a call from ASR (technical employee), from which the solution emerged. The Strava app that I use synchronizes with the Health app from Apple, but it can no longer synchronize with the ASR app. A direct connection was needed between the Strava and the ASR app, which can be set in the ASR app at profile> management trackers. ASR has retroactively restored the scoring, very neatly. I have adjusted my score from 1 to 3 stars. If the customer service and clarity of the app improves further, this method can grow into a nice healthy addition to your insurance.
It has been about a month now and I have already received the first bol.com! Also bought an apple watch through asr, which I can earn back 100% with my (already quite) active lifestyle. So far I already had my points, only I have to manually synchronize them. All in all, a top service to motivate you to move more!
