Unfortunately I'm forced to give only 1 star. I came to Honda de Bois with simple problem - car was pulling to the right which caused wearing of the tires. After many attempts to solve the problem (3 visits), I end up spending around 400 eur in total and the issue has not been solved at all. Instead unnecessary maintenance took place and the advice to sell the car (!). Very incompetent staff, trying to rip off the customer at every possible moment, assuming his/her lack of knowledge. I chose this dealership with a hope for professional service of my car, instead I experienced incompetence and ignorance of the staff. I took it to the another garage where the problem has been diagnosed properly.

At the end of June I bought an occasion at Honda de Bois in Utrecht De Meern. This Honda / Hyundai dealer is very professional. All occasions are also very clean and time is clearly spent on the presentation of the occasion offer. Occasion specialist Mart was very friendly and extremely helpful during the entire process from test drive to purchase of the car. Our new (second-hand) car was delivered under a red cloth on delivery and was really delivered as a new car. Nothing but praise for the Bois Utrecht! Here they are really customer focused! Warmly recommended!

Friendly people but first eat the sandwich for a check of 2 minutes and after check do not indicate that the car is ready. Could be better people.

Ultimately well helped, but despite a repair under warranty no loan car on their costs. The one I finally got, because I was called because my car would be ready, but he wasn't. In short, a bit sloppy and not very customer-friendly, but the problem is solved. In terms of speed no idea, I lost my car for 1.5 weeks, but luckily this was the first time I had a more serious problem with my car. The repair itself was a bit sloppy, I found out a bit later. The cover for the fuse box was still loose and a number of interior panels were not (properly) clicked. In short, not very satisfied. Certainly because the car was also purchased here and I was very pleasantly helped. Feels a bit like they want to make an effort for you as long as there is money to be made ...

Very satisfied with the service of this specialist garage and in particular with the commitment of the workshop manager, Mitch. Purchased a second-hand car in mid-2019. After two months there was a separate noise when driving away. Warranty agreement made and the case was immediately taken seriously. Mitch from the workshop was determined to find out where this came from and to remedy it. Fortunately, the cause was quickly found and very simple to remedy. I received neat photos of what was found and how it was fixed. Mitch is very skilled and takes his work seriously which inspires confidence and he has more than fulfilled his service promises. This garage can be happy with such an employee. Honda de Bois, thanks! Top!
