A star, and that is actually too much for the worthless preparation and guidance by funeral director Ronald. There was no communication and thinking along, despite the fact that we sent him the script we had made, to which there was no response. He did not offer condolences and proposals that would have been appropriate in this situation. The hearse with the deceased arrived 20 minutes late, which meant that the entire group had to wait outside in the cold and we had to hurry to get the auditorium ready on time. His response was, yes, that can happen with traffic in Amsterdam. Tip: leave a little earlier so that you are on time according to the appointment. To get the video of the ceremony we had to call and it came to us via a WeTransfer that had expired because it had disappeared in the file. After calling about this, he came in a few days later. The whole course of events comes across as wanting to earn money as quickly as possible with as little effort as possible to the next of kin. The funeral of a dear friend has been good thanks to all of us and not thanks to this funeral director. In short, look for a different and more personal funeral company than Myosotis if you want to give a nice funeral to a deceased.

We are very satisfied. our funeral director Charles acted with feeling, half a word from us was enough. It is nice to be supported so well in a period of sadness. thanks also to the employees of the funeral home, we visited every day. Warm welcome and we had plenty of time to say goodbye. Many thanks on behalf of me and my family.
