Today we have to say goodbye to our cat Ginger. (17 years)
When I called to ask what time I could bring my cat (on Saturday), it was not difficult and soon had an appointment for the evening. She completely understood that I first wanted to take my cat home from the day to allow my other animals to say goodbye. When I arrived there, I was received and approached with the utmost kindness and compassion, there was time and interest in your story. I was free to say goodbye to my cat in my own way. I also like the space very much, not a cold affair, but a nice room. No rush, all the rest and a very good explanation of how it works.

this funeral center does not even get 1 star from us if that is possible. Brought a dog with my very old mother. Apart from the fact that the address is incorrect, I have never experienced that someone is so terribly un-empathic; asks how old was the dog and in the answer 15 years, says: "I have a 15 year old dog myself, but he is still alive". Then fill out forms aloud and say this is a doggy? that na is lying next to him, he says so goes into the cooling and tomorrow to Schagerbrug. Terribly shocking. If you take this man aside and talk to him, he doesn't even know that this is very inappropriate and shocking. So stay away there. Dirty seats, leaves and says I'll just fill in the ride number, I'll be right back. Do not see that my very old mother almost collapses and says do you understand me, do you understand me? disgusting
