Well helped and received a lot of information about the bikes

My experience is only based on MTB. Unfortunately I already had some problems with my new MTB, but the way in which this is being solved is off to a good start. Very neatly arranged and the people in the workshop and shop know what they are talking about. Good and honest advice. The first time I came for maintenance of my bike, I was told well that if I continued with the maintenance of my bike, it would become an expensive hobby. Is of course not nice to be criticized, but very honest and fair. I was advised to wet the bike a little and to spray it with Bovelo clean green bike wash. Also the chains and gears. Let it soak in and brush the grease / dirt off the gears / chain with a stiff brush. Then spray with water. Personally, I blow the bike a bit dry with a compressor and then apply a Boeschield T9 to the chain. The next day with a cloth over the chain and it is again well lubricated. Very good tip, because the bike is spik and span with 15 minutes.
