Very friendly and helpful mechanic who serviced our 2 e-bikes, brake pads, inner tube and 1 chain drive ... unfortunately the brake pads and hand brakes of both bikes are not properly adjusted and the front wheel of 1 bicycle has been forgotten, probably due to the finishing too hastily ..... because otherwise we were very satisfied ... I would like to make another comment in case of a breakdown, e.g. tire flat ... it takes about 1 week before you are helped and this is absolutely unacceptable ... especially if you are on holiday and cannot use your bike for a week !! Advice: in case of a breakdown, go directly to a nearby location, unfortunately you cannot reach the location by phone?! At the head office Nunspeet you will hear very friendly in the event of a breakdown ... that is very annoying for you ... but the location is very busy hence ....... If Stella has a breakdown the same day or within 24 hour can help you, we will certainly buy our next bikes (2021) from Stella again, because we are after about 10,000 km. very satisfied in almost 5 years!

I have been so disappointed that I do not like to come back, I think if you wear Ragas last name you will be better served.Unfriendly and unmotivated staff. Arrogant and not interested. With the exception of Marius who does his best but is overshadowed by the others. If it was my company, the broom would go through. That way you lose customers.

Very good and finely advised by Marius in the Hengelo branch. After good advice and a listening ear from the seller, I was able and able to make an extensive test ride on a few beautiful bicycles, after which I bought a new Stella E - bike on my return while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. A must! I am very satisfied and happy!

What a bad organization! Have always been "afraid" to step into Stella because there is no talk about prices, nothing can be compared and you yourself have to give that in advance, but even then you are not given what you ask for. The bad seller mentality is to cry. No interest at all to give information, you buy or you do not buy and therefore leave the house as soon as possible because otherwise I cannot continue with my smartphone activities, whatever they may be. If you then want to approach another location, you cannot do anything other than via the head office, because the location does not answer sellers because they are busy with their own telephone. Etc, etc. A worthless organization for me.
