Dear Els, how nice that you guided us. You took the time for us so well and completely relieved us. You even arranged the photo for the box. And that is very nice in a time like this. With your knowledge, advice and your empathy you have perfectly contributed to how and what we wanted. The decoration was so beautifully done, really great. And that despite the fact that everything is different in these times. Everything was also very clear what the costs were, which is also very nice, so that you will not be faced with surprises afterwards. I also think it is very nice that we can still burn the candles that we light at the ceremony here in the evening at home, it are those little things that made it such a beautiful farewell. Els accompanied the funeral and the condolence in the form of a walk-tru from my father and mother, they both died within fifteen minutes! , Els is very professional, but also very much alive, we had a lot of grief and Els relieves you in everything! which is very nice, because you do have an idea of what the funeral should look like, but otherwise it is very difficult to arrange anything in such a sad time, Els has arranged everything! even the idea of us to bring pastries on the day of the funeral at my father and mother's house with a picture of both waving goodbye Els went to bring the pastries there in the morning how special is that!
