I don't feel safe here. VDZ is not there for you, they blame you as soon as you come with a hefty medical declaration from abroad and even refuse to fulfill their duty of care as an intermediary. Young, inexperienced staff only connect, but do not help. Because that is too difficult. I had to arrange everything directly with the insurance company. In the end I was right and paid. So it was not my fault, but it was entirely on my own. And that is very disturbing and lonely when it comes to a lot of money. I also had an old service contract. Of course I wanted to cancel this. Again, they pointed to everyone (including my new, otherwise capable intermediary). Canceling was impossible and the papers could not be found. Their name was on the collection and the money also ended up with them. It took months and pressure from my new intermediary before they finally bothered to look further. Avoid like the plague.

I ended up at this company by accident. Can only say "I AM VERY WELL HELPED" The contact went smoothly and professionally! Of course everything was checked very accurately but very correctly, but instead of just selling it was clear what was justified. Recommended !!
