During a house viewing I was asked if I wanted to do a mortgage advice meeting at Jannink & Hofsté, yes I did. I had already had a meeting but a comparison is never wrong. The day after my offer was accepted and I suddenly had to switch quickly. I had already had an orientation meeting elsewhere, so logically called them immediately, unfortunately I had to wait a week before I could go and not the adviser I had already had a meeting with. Because I had already made that other appointment during the viewing and could go there immediately, I did let this appointment go ahead. Fortunately, this was a very relaxed conversation, Martin helped me and he listened carefully, asked what I needed and asked what my future plans were so that he could give personal advice. I indicated that I expect to continue with the other party because I had actually already half agreed. He understood that and told me what he could do for me and that he would like to hear something back if he could mean something to me. The same day I got 3 different options and the explanation why he thought these were my best choices were nicely substantiated in an email. This conversation felt good and much more personal than the other party, so I decided that he could arrange it for me and I canceled the other party. I called Martin and was able to go back immediately. (small difference with the other party) The second conversation was just like the first, nice conversation, took time and explained everything clearly, not too difficult to follow and plenty of time to answer my questions, everything arranged and left with a good feeling. After that, the speed was especially noticeable, everything is picked up and arranged immediately, questions are answered immediately, even outside office hours. The contact was usually directly with Martin himself, by phone, email or whatsapp. The mortgage was finally completed after a week and a half. Nice ... Again a little stressed less. Top Martin I will certainly remain a customer in the future and advise others to at least have a conversation there. The other people also seemed sincere and nice. fast, personal and professional, thanks Martin! Would almost buy another house ... 😄

Experienced as very pleasant. We came to see where we are and where to go with a view to buying a house in the near future. We were warmly welcomed and had a pleasant conversation without feeling that we were being sold. Honest, sincere and without nice talk next to the client. In my opinion, that is what Jannink and Hoftsé stands for. When we are where we want to be, we will certainly do business with them.

Good and skillfully helped by René, continued where other advisers gave us up. Today we received confirmation that the Mortgage has been officially completed and that we can start looking forward to the construction of our first home. Really recommended!

To arrange the mortgage for our newly purchased house we went to Robin Hofsté again. 12 years ago he helped us well and now again!
