What great service. Top service even though we had bought 3 new bicycles, including 2 Qwic bicycles, from a dealer in Zwolle. He had dropped the bikes right outside our door without adjusting or checking, there was a lot wrong with our bikes. When it later turned out that we had paid € 1000, - (!!!!!) more for the 3 bikes, it was enough for us. We were warmly welcomed at Thobias and immediately took action. He contacted the manufacturer, etc., adjusted our bikes properly. Got a new handle, all this without asking 1 cent for it .... I had actually fallen, this could have been prevented if the Qwic dealer from Zwolle had done his job properly. If there are people who are interested in a Qwic model, we can highly recommend this bike. They are great bikes but buy these at Mijnstadsfiets in Hasselt instead of Zwolle.
