Where everything is in the right mood and simply “my way”! I moved to the Netherlands let 2019 and it was clear to me I am going to need a bike (okay, bikes!) and get rid of my car. Since then we bought four bikes here and the service as we’ll know-how is always accurate and excellent! My latest one was about finding the ultimate road bike for my needs. Coming from climbing steep mountains in Bavaria Germany, I had to re-think from scratch and ended up with an Aero-Bike with deeeeep section wheels. Excellent, exactly the right choice for riding Noord-Holland and the area around this was one of the best consulting’s I ever had 👍🏼 Overall, great to finally have found some great folks here who are always happy to help and support! Keep doing, will be back! 😊

I had two gear cables replaced and refitted for my road bike. The staff were friendly, professional and time efficient. Very affordable repair service too. Likely to be the best bike store in Haarlem.

I will not go back. My experience was not good for two reasons. The first is that they sold me a bike that was not my size. It is a kona rove/gravel bike. At that time I had no experience to know that they should asked me about my height and my leg lenght in order to find the correct size. They looked at me and by eye decided that my bike size was a 51cm one. However, this is small for me, it should be a 54cm one. It is not a huge difference but I feel it, specially when I had tried a 54cm one. The second reason why I am not happy is because the bike has a problem in the design. One of the brake cables scraped the frame and, in only 1 month it had removed the painting, so you could see the metal. When I realized of that, only one month after, I brough the bike to the shop. They just found excuses to avoid fixing it, and after bringing the bike two times they only gave me some transparent sticks and a small bottle with paint for me to paint it myself. Good professionals are shown when there are difficulties, when everything goes well, anyone is a good professional. So I think they are not good professionals, I will not go back.
