Slick salespeople, but don't trust a word they say. Our bike had a fault within days of purchase and they refused to help us, even though they claimed they had a warranty period when we bought the bike. The way they dealt with it was really bad as well. Horrible experience! Wish i'd checked these reviews along with trustpilot before going there.

Went here with my partner a few weeks back and bought a bike for 130 euro. The condition of the bike was great, and the sales rep was very helpful at the time of buying the bike. It is a very good bike, but the only thing that was wrong on it is that the lamp on the front did not work. Usually, this wouldn't be a problem, but it's a lamp that connects to the wheel, so when the wheel turns, the lights come on. The back one worked fine with this system, the front one did not, the wires were not connected properly. Well, in this situation, I would expect that any representative would be happy to say "oh, look at that, we must have overlooked it. No problem, I'll connect those wires up for you". That's what happened. Almost. The rep, on the return visit, was extremely rude, stopped only just short of calling my partner "stuck up" (just heavily alluded to it) for going back to the store to get her light fixed, and said he usually wouldn't offer any service for free on a bike worth less than €75. Now, aside from the very obviously wrong insinuation that someone is stuck up for expecting a service that is the minimum viable quality of selling a product, there's several other things wrong here. If the bike is worth less than €75, why were we charged over €130? Either the sales rep is a flat out liar who says things like this to try and make people feel bad so he can feel better about himself, or they are rip off merchants. Either way, a big red flag and a reason to avoid this place. In addition to this, he also stated that he sells these bikes all the time and people aren't going to come all the way back for a lamp. So basically, he's very happy to sell broken bikes because he feels like the people he sells them to are not going to take him to task for it. Disgusting behaviour, justified with "Well you should just use the disposable ones", which vaguely translates to "I'm selling you a product that is not good enough quality, and you're going to have to spend more money to get it to a point where you can legally ride in the dark". Who knows, maybe it was because it was around closing time, maybe the rep had a bad day, or maybe he's always like that. Whatever the reason, there's no excuse for treating someone, much less a paying customer, in this way, and there are a bunch of red flags to avoid this place in the future. Whoever the owner is, I hope they read this and course correct - whether it was the owner who my partner spoke to, or an associate of the store that the owner needs to have a serious talk with. Any which way, I'll obviously never be using this store again, and I'll be warning as many people as possible to follow my lead. There are MANY other bike stores in Haarlem, and I know I can expect a better level of service from any of them.

Dankjewel Mostafa! شكرا مصطفى I bought Gazzelle second hand bicycle from him today .He is so kind , friendly and Honest ..beside Dutch, He can speaks Arabic so he explained to me some points in Arabic .Also he helped me to choose the bicycle..and He told me I can come again if there is anything wrong on it and I can replace it..The shop has been moved to Houtplein 16 since April 2020...

Honest, good service and fair price. The store staff helped me in choosing which bike would suit best my preference and budget. I thought the bike I chose was exactly what I wanted but when I already have it at home I didn't feel comfortable with the height. The staff was too kind to let me exchange the bike. I needed to wait for about a week since there size of bike i wanted was not available. My patience paid off, he saved an almost "new-looking" bike for me. He made sure that he saved a good bike for me. Been using the bike for more than a week now and I am very happy and satisfied with it.
