Great place for buying repaired second hand bikes at low prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone speaks English so no communication problems if you aren't Dutch. Highly recommended.

Terrible terrible terrible experience! Left my bike with a flat tyre at 11 in the morning, with a person whom with i had a bad experience before. The shop was empty, no bikes in line for repairing..at 4 i went to pick it up as no one had called and no had picked up the phone when i tried calling..my bike was in the same place, untouched. I asked the person when would it be ready since after 5 hours no one had time to look at it. He monosilabically (and not because of the English skills!) told me to wait for their call, it will be ready when it will be ready. asked again how long would it take though and that it would have helped to make my plans if i had known from the beginning that this was the turnaround. he replied to wait for someone to call, it might be tomorrow or later, turned his back and left. Rarely have i felt so insulted and helpless when interacting with a service provider. He happily confirmed he had wasted my time and invited me to go some place else. All these with my kid watching. He messed precious time with my child and he had managed to mess one precious vacation day for a kid. Terrible experience, especially we were long time returning customers.

I bought second hand bike ...with 3x8 gears, coudlnt use 3rd one( 8 the hardest gears which I used the most!!), because I use bike a loot, it took a time when I coudl go there, then helped me young guy who was really nice and interrested about client.repar guy check my bike and promised it wil work, but nothing changed at all, for a long I had no time to leave my bike , I havent recive unfortunately any of proofs I was there to fix it and I bought that bike broken, so when it broke AT ALL so nothing work I went one more time.. I was on last Sunday, what I heared? I have to pay for that! I tried to get to know around how much it woudl be, I needed to lets say ask for all informations, only I heared its from 20 (but up to ... hm ?). SO I decided to not wait "for a grace" and went to store close to my home ... firstable a guy was interrested to help me, was asking questions, and immiediately told me that it might be from 17 up to 250, after questions he said max 35, so I coudl decide if I wanna fix it or not,at the end I paid only 8 euro. At the store where i bought that originally , they woudlnt even take my bike so I needed to go back home with broken bike and then one more time walk wth broken bike back, they adviced me to come during the week. that the heck! I am already there so cant I leave it?!?!?! I BOUGHT THAT THERE AND THEY OWNED ME THAT SERVICE FOR FREE!! Anyway .... NEVER AGAIN
