JUIZZ Haarlem

Bad experience trying to buy a bicycle on the Juizz website. First, the quick delivery depends on availability on stock and this is not made clear. We saw a quick delivery for a babboe that made us buy on Juizz instead of babboe just to learn later that it was not on stock and the same waiting period of 6 weeks would be required. More than a month later nobody knew how to inform the status of the order making us call babboe, Juizz Amsterdam and Juizz Haarlem quite a few times. Customer service could not help and the Juizz Haarlem was not taking our calls. After effort we decided to cancel the order which was also difficult. After some effort Juizz Amsterdam helped us to cancel the order and to get the money back. We lost the opportunity of cycling on the good weather thanks to those folks. Do not recommend.

1-star. Rude customer service (august 2020 to september 2020). It seems like they have an issue with the team - perhaps they are overworked or something. They are extremely rude, refuse to help you. Make a wise choice, don't buy anything here and go to a different shop with same brands.

Standing in front of the shop asking can you help me out with my flat tier of my urban arrow (which is massively heavy) they’re first question was did you by it at our place when I said no the guys response was priceless “no we are fully booked for 2 weeks” we can’t help you out. When asked why not his response was 🤐 Thanks but not thanks. You know that I will absolutely never recommend your business to any one! This is where business get bad name!!

Unfortunately not a pleasant experience with Juizz Haarlem. Bought a Coboc bicycle 2 years ago when Juizz did not have these bicycles in their collection. From the very beginning that Juizz was able to provide them with all service and insurance through them. If something was necessary or a service was needed, always have it carried out at Juizz. It never went smoothly and a loan bike was certainly not an option (only for customers who bought a bike from us). Despite the fact that the full service is performed at Juizz ... Now I have a somewhat bigger problem with the bike where contact should be made with Coboc and whether an experienced mechanic is needed. However, they indicate that they do not help with this. We are too busy and the bike was not bought from us. I want to pay for it and don't expect any guarantees or the like, just service. (Advice: treat indirect customers as customers as they also want something new). I now arrange it myself with Coboc or buy a new bike, but certainly not at Juizz.

Good staff, they know what they are talking about. Lots of choice of bicycles and with a good feeling ordered a bicycle here.
