My children and I rented bikes here for a few days . They were fantastic! We originally rented bikes at the Haarlem train station, but those were terrible. My front brake blew within an hour of riding. I was able to fix it, but I didn’t want the hassle of those junky bikes breaking down on me. I returned the bikes and found this Gem of a bike shop. If you want a well crafted, strong, quality rental bike that is extremely well priced for the value, come here.

Amazing service! Staff is so friendly and helpful even in the event of an accident, saved us! Owner was extremely understanding, replacing the bike and saving our trip!

I took out insurance on four bikes for 5 day hire. One of the bikes was stolen and the shop made every excuse to say that I'm wasn't covered and therefor charged me for the cost of the bike at 520euro and they had brand new bikes on the shop floor for 410euro and the bike they had hired me was an old rusty bike that was ready for the scrap yard... I was flying home back to Australia that afternoon. They are scammers and I do not recommend their services.
