Story: New bike, Livorno Comfort fdst, only driven 20 km, defect ........... Called and after a week and a half of waiting, service bus at home. Driver-Mechanic looked and told the bike is fine ....... After two km. cycling, the support did not work again. Finally cycled to the service center Rijksstraatweg Haarlem. Excellent service, quickly helped by Service technician Stefan Daane !! Very satisfied with this location !!!!

Bought bike on Friday in early August. Wednesday picked up with a loan battery because the battery that came with it was not present. Would come in on Fridays. Today I went back for the 4th time because the battery would come and you get it, nothing again. The sale passes it on to the workshop, but it is not going well there either. Was told today that it may take months. Guys come on, what are you doing. When the sale is closed and the money is in the pocket, Stella and the staff seem to find it cut, in other words, the after-sales is all over. Then give a call that it may take a while. If you don't inform yourself, you won't hear anything. (Then we are on the phone all day I was told). It's not that I can't drive because I have a loan battery, but just take care of your affairs and don't make promises that you can't keep. Finally 4 weeks ago after calling a number of times myself (I would be called back but that is impossible) got hold of the technical service, told my story for the umpteenth time and within 10 minutes after checking the stock the warehouse received a battery ..... So it is possible, but why does it have to take so long. Satisfied ...... yes with the technical service, especially because it was resolved quickly and for the rest, no absolutely not because there are only empty promises from Stella (call back, we will keep you informed). From the store it is even worse, I would not have had the battery yet because I am sure that they have already forgotten everything about what they did a day or 2 before. Advice ... try to keep the customer informed and keep your agreements that would save a lot of irritation and bad reviews. in the end Stella also only wants to have positive reviews.

Through this road I want to spit my gall about the failed service of Stella bikes. My wife and I paid a visit on April 23, 2020 at a Stella bike shop in Haarlem. We first entered into a conversation with the seller and after this conversation we were given the opportunity to take a test ride on an electric bicycle. After this successful test drive, we were able to determine our choice and we passed. My choice fell on a Stella Vicenza Black MDS and according to the seller that was a very good choice because today (April 23) there was a promotion, the bike went from € 3,100.00 to € 1,995.00 nice discount but good. My wife wanted an identical bike, but in gold. We were told that it could not be ordered in gold, but the seller called to the office just to be sure and was told that it could be ordered in gold. So we ordered 2x the Stella Vicenza in black and gold. The bicycles were to be delivered on Tuesday 5 May and that was correct, so far things are still going well. The delivery person has neatly given text and explanations and suddenly we saw that the bicycles were not identical, it was a golden bicycle but of the Livorno Gold brand which was also cheaper, but we paid the amount for a Stella Vicenza Black. Suddenly we saw several defects such as the km position which was already at 28 km, the cranks were silver instead of black, the cable of the rear light was open and exposed, the Shimano display was loose because there was only 1 screw in it so that it could not contact. make with the support. We got an enormous aftertaste and had the feeling that we were dealing with a show model. To get back to the cranks? We had reported this in the relevant Stella store and the black cranks would be ordered, but after 1 week we had not heard anything and we visited the store again and were told that they had to be ordered again. On Friday May 22 we would receive confirmation about the cranks, you guessed it! we had heard nothing. So we went back to the store on Saturday 23 May to see if the black cranks had been delivered, and guess what? they were inside, but in silver. The seller suggested getting black cranks from another bike in the store and attaching them to my wife's bike. It was agreed that we would be present on Tuesday 26 May at 2.00 pm. Once arrived at the shop it smelled like aerosol, the silver cranks were painted black and the mechanic said it took him 3 days to get the right color. I thought that was very clever because the mechanic was not present on Saturday and they were closed on Sunday and the smell of fresh aerosol could still be smelled on Tuesday. We have reported this to the head office and through the head office we have been told that the ordered black cranks would again be delivered on June 3 (meanwhile 1 month later)
