What a great service with a big smile. I had a flat tier on my heavy urban arrow where the other bike shops could not help me out these guys took their time to help out! Welcoming me with a cup of coffee and a smile! This is the right customer service!! Big applause for the Sander’s Tweewielers employees 🎉

We received amazing service today. My bike was broken and even though they were so busy - they went above and beyond to fix it within about an hour. We definitely were not expecting that! Very friendly and even had a laugh. We have found the best Haarlem bike Shop and repairer. Highly recommend for any bike needs and good banter as well!!

We had a great experience at Sander Tweewielers. The staff were friendly, very patient, answered lots of questions, and took time to make sure we got the right bikes for us. Highly recommended.

We serviced our two bikes here and till now we are really happy about it. The guy did a good job, was transparent about the price which was ok and did the staff that had to be done. The bikes were done for the same day we brought them in.
