Free Wheely Haarlem

Poor after service support on two bikes we purchased here. A change of management has seen a considerable drop in customer service and common sense. We've since taken our needs to another more reputable bike shop in Haarlem.

Bought a bike from Free Wheely and their after sales service is just amazing. I have popped in there several times whenever I've got a problem with my bike and they have always managed to fix it well, quickly and at no extra cost. This, is perfect customer service.

Nice place but €18 for a bike flat repair and a 3 hour wait cost them a couple of stars...

Absolutely appalling customer service. We purchased an electric bakfiets from their shop and had absolutely no support when we had a technical issue less than a year after purchasing.

Went there to fix a tire. They charge me 46 euros and the tire broke a almost week after (after riding the bike just a few times and not going through glass or anything similar). They don't take any responsibility whatsoever and I would have to pay full-price again if I want it fixed.
