In January 2020 applied for professional liability insurance from Kendall Mason via their website Bavxl.nl. It still started well: immediately received an automatically generated quotation. However, because it was not clear what the next steps were (was not in the email I received), I contacted Kandall Mason by phone. Kindly spoken and received explanations. Because I indicated that I was in a hurry with my application, I was promised that everything would be arranged within a week. If not, I had to call again. Heard nothing a week later, so called. The employee I spoke to knew nothing and didn't seem interested in helping me. He just wanted to make sure that I would be called back a day later by the colleague who had spoken to me before. Heard nothing. In the two weeks after that, I sent a total of 3 or 4 emails asking how it was and if I could be called back asap. No response at all to receive. I also received no response to my last e-mail that I no longer wanted to use the Kendall Mason offer. I have now taken out my insurance with another intermediary. Arranged within a day at a much sharper premium. Conclusion: are you looking for an intermediary who puts its customers first? And who does what he promises? Then DO NOT go to Kendall Mason. :(

Bad experience with correcting errors. That does not happen.
