Had called on Tuesday 16-02 about the emergency medication that would be delivered that evening and had indicated that I would not be home so whether she wanted to deliver it to the address where I was, that was no problem at all. After sitting all evening waiting to receive nothing. Once I got home last night I find a note in my letterbox that the delivery person missed me on 02/16 (uh yes of course because as told I had asked for it to be delivered elsewhere because I was not at home). I called if she would still deliver it that evening. Got an extremely unfriendly pharmacy assistant on the line who said with a snappy tone that it was very annoying that the delivery person had to come by again. I explained that I had called and it is therefore not my fault that the delivery person is still here at the door. Got a lot of noise over me that the delivery service was only for people who can't leave their home. So I say that indeed I cannot. She; but if you can't leave your house, the delivery person would have met you at home! I made it clear to her that I have an anxiety and panic disorder and work on a care farm for which I am picked up and brought so that I indeed do not dare to leave my house! To which she said irritably that she would send the delivery person again in the evening. After I said "that's great." She just flickered down the phone! Really too rude for words. They had already deteriorated considerably after they merged as Mediq, but this really beats everything. For years I have been faithfully at this pharmacy but today I am going to be transferred to another pharmacy. That's not how you treat people!

I am very satisfied with BENU pharmacy. Is always well helped. 5 stars!

how can you get the disease costs up very simply you have your belongings delivered by, among others, BENU Apotheek Warande, Pastoor Jutenlaan 2 A, 4624 GS Bergen op Zoom, twice requested and indeed delivered WRONG 2 times a bunch of AMATEURS that increase the healthcare costs, NOT NORMAL, should really be closed that Pharmacy. a shame for everyone.

It is deeply sad that this pharmacy cannot be reached by telephone (tried several days and times) !!
