Extremely unpleasant experience. First stand in line for 10 minutes and then be told that I have to stand in the other 15 minute line. Not indicated anywhere! When I ask the clerk whether she can check whether the conditions of the return of a popular drug have been adjusted, I am told that this is not possible and that they are busy enough anyway. Completely refrained from customer service. Avoid this case at all costs!
