Very good and flexible. open communication and is good at moving into the situation in order to properly guide all choices and wishes. Excellent and fast handling of practical matters and also actively involved in the care of the funeral outside office hours.

Harriet has taken care of my father's funeral. She is open to her own contribution and thinks along well with this. In the case of my father it concerned a disease process and he was able to make his wishes known to Harriet at an earlier moment. Harriet made sure that we followed the wishes of our father. In our case this was a "farewell party" at an external location. This went very well. Plus point; Harriet is present but you don't see her unless she is needed. We were very satisfied!
