After the email contact, I visited the store, where I was helped quickly and professionally. Awesome.

Stopped by yesterday to copy a broken key so I could open my lock again. Unfortunately, this turned out to be impossible because the brand of the key is unknown. Although clear symbols appeared, it turned out to be impossible to make a new key. According to Donders Security, I would hear the same story from other locksmiths. Today I went to another locksmith who helped me in five minutes and gave me two new keys. When I got home, I immediately tested the keys and the lock opened. I have now got the impression that Donders Security did not want to help me and put no effort into it.
