Request a quote for mosquito nets at the beginning of December. It has been indicated that there are two different types of insect screens. They couldn't explain the difference, I had to find out for myself on the website. Indicated that it was still not completely clear to me, but that they were allowed to measure the screens. That I would like advice on which screens are the best. The appointment had to be made in the morning because the mechanic comes from the same village, because this saved them time and costs. Agreed with this and eventually ordered the screens. After 3 weeks these were delivered and an appointment was made for assembly. They forgot to mention that mounting is actually placing and that everyone could easily do this themselves. I get a call on the day of the appointment, the mechanic forgot to take the insect screens yesterday, or it may also be at the end of the day, when the mechanic goes home, I have also agreed to this again. The technician then visited and installed the screens. I had to pay € 75 to install the screens. Obviously asked why this had to cost € 75. This includes preparation work (I think placing the screens on the bus), travel costs and installation costs (which is actually placing). The window had to be opened, the insect screen was pushed in and the window was closed, apparently this is called mounting nowadays. You can easily do this yourself, but they do not indicate this, so they can charge an extra € 75. Then indicate that 8 minutes of work is not worth € 75. I got the answer, you should have asked about this earlier. Apparently I should have asked in advance what exactly all the activities they do entail. In addition, they say, yes because of Corona we have not been able to have a normal sales conversation, so that's bad luck. So be warned, all extra costs can be waived, but then you have to indicate this in advance and ask what exactly the costs entail. Never experienced such bad services !! So don't support the local entrepreneur but buy from the giant!
