Simply worthy of 5 stars. This is where people who really want the best work for you. Real attention and time is paid to you, hence the long queues. To prevent those long queues, they have installed those machines. Also the institution to constantly improve yourself as a care provider, that's how it should be! While in my opinion they cannot do much better than how they are currently performing

Long wait when you call, then another grumpy impatient woman on the phone who supposedly couldn't help me and didn't have time for me. Bad thing.
