Recently switched to this pharmacy. Unfortunately no improvement in service. Despite medical necessity, I had to pay for my medicines in advance due to the so - called preference policy (cheaper medicines) .... and because pharmacists are obliged to submit invoices from customers to the health insurance company, this time I have not been reimbursed for my medicines that I use for years. I am looking further for a good pharmacy.

Very customer-friendly team. Although you sometimes have to wait a long time, you get all the attention when it is your turn. Everything is thoroughly checked and I think that's great, because the medical file must work "watertight". This system irrevocably warns when prescription drugs do not "match." This increases the safety for customers! All praise for the employees who all work extremely hard !!! Chapeau !!!
