After a hurried conversation of 2 minutes I was hung up without a protocol: - referring to another pharmacy, or: considering alternative issuance of similar medication. There is no question of a collaboration with rainbow pharmacy Bavel, because I also emailed in the morning and that too was ignored as if it were just the Bavel. Maybe I should come and give an experience session so that these people understand what it means when high-dose medication that has been swallowed for years is suddenly unavailable. Already looking forward to being dragged from a restaurant into a car soon with cockatonia and mutism. Is that Dutch care? I learned that differently.
