Good pharmacy and think they have a medicine vault so that you can still pick up your medication after opening hours, really a plus

Had to pay much more for all medicines than at my previous pharmacy. Repeat recipes are not ready in time, they give far too little with them, so in one month 3x at a GP post. But the worst thing is the way you get snubbed off. I am not easily angry but have been treated so rude (also told me that I should go to another pharmacy !!!!) that this pharmacy is not even worth 1 star. The only friendly and polite employee is the one with long blond hair. I am back to my old pharmacy and would advise everyone NOT to go to this pharmacy.

I regularly have to order medication and 9 out of 10 times something goes wrong with the order and I have to call back to get my medication and it takes me longer before I have it. You will not get an explanation of what went wrong or it is a colleague who made a mistake. Bad service.

Recipes that would be ready are at the wrong location. You can come by twice. That's what the lady behind the desk apparently thinks is normal. She looks very surprised when you complain about this and prefers that I look for a different pharmacy than that she will try to make fewer mistakes.
