Expensive, not friendly
Friendly people they speak to you well
we have now had a window sill renovation 10 weeks ago and as expected the window sills were not good (too narrow) the rear is open and the problem would be solved in 4 weeks. Well we are still in the cold. I told them about this 2 weeks ago, but they don't let them hear from them, as long as we fiddle with it, it doesn't matter to them that all the heat goes up in the air despite their advertising for energy efficient, yes they are economical with doing nothing!
