Pros: Cheap prices compared to local pharmacies and very good marketing.
Cons:
- They do not accept prescriptions that are non-German even if the prescription is from the EU and they do not mention this in their website.
- They take too long to answer e-mails (2-3 days)
- Their customer support do not speak English. I had an experience with two of them, one was very unfriendly, and the other was good.
- Your order gets canceled without them sending an e-mail or an SMS. You only see it by chance by visiting the website and checking out your order.
Good discounts and shipping with tracking status (approximate date and time of arrival)🎈

I do not recommend this company.
I can find in this online chemist shop, products which I cannot find elesewhere (cf. photo); especially Petrol-Hahn products (I am still waiting for the correspondant anti hair loss version of the schampoo) and a Neutrogena creme which I cannot even find in local chemist shops.
