Beware this is a Fraudulent warranty company. The earlier review below is lenient to the way this company works. The only good review of this company is written by the contact person / suspected owner of this company. His master scammers. Invoice references are made to Austria. The company works together with Oehlers automotive. PAY ATTENTION!!!!!

Mulipart guarantee is rather an “insurance” which does its very best not to pay out. After detecting a defective vacuum pump, my garage owner spoke by phone with Mulitpart and then has the repair started. This has gone wrong because mulitpart claims to have not given approval. We have not had that in writing either, so legally it will probably be correct, but the rigid attitude about this is simply shocking. No attempt is made to arrange things properly. My garage owner has acted the same as with other warranty cases he has had to deal with, but he has never experienced such a strange method. Even if my garage owner made the mistake of carrying out the repair without written approval, multiparts could have taken immediate action to fix it properly. During a phone call from my garage owner to mulitpart, how things would proceed, he was told that he had not yet received approval so everything is rejected. Then it remained quiet, several phone calls but always a vague story. This took a long time, after which I contacted Multiparts by mail myself. Required explanation and asked for a neat solution, but unfortunately the attitude remains rigid and it remains with a rejection. During this tug-of-war, a small leak was also found in the cooler, but it was still fine to drive, so I waited to report this damage. After I have stopped the wrangling about the previous, unpaid, repair. I also reported the leaking cooler through a research report from a while ago. Let just say somewhere in the conditions that the damage must be reported immediately. so another rejection. Again, this is probably all legally correct, but it is laughable how everything is used to avoid having to pay out. (The amount to be paid out by the “insurance” would be very low anyway, since only 50 of the part and 40% of the hours have to be reimbursed, due to the km of the car) It is precisely by sending the original investigation report that I show that I am in good faith, but unfortunately that turned against me. The German Multiparts is only served by 1 person here in the Netherlands. Mr R Turlings. Author of the 1 review. In short, we should have arranged things better ourselves, but there is also such a thing as customer friendliness and duty of care, but that is unfortunately strange to the Multiparts company.
