Nice such a servilocker and app, it must do it. Already placed an order for the third time, which is then not ready. Telephonist (Marga) then does not understand that you can repeat your medication, you should get a note separately from your doctor for every time you want to get your medication, which would be new. I also sometimes stand with my maiden name is the system, sometimes with my married name and sometimes they can't find me at all. Very badly arranged this.

The waiting time is really long. I waited half an hour for 1 box which was medication that I have already had before. They really need to do something about that.
