Placed an order a week ago and I still haven't received it. There are always e-mails with apologies here and there, but what do I buy for that? After completing their survey, I would be approached because I gave such a low score, that has not happened to this day either ... After placing this order I have placed other orders online, some days later and I have just had them for a long time! This was a one-time order with this company for me.

An order placed on February 8, an e-mail on February 12 with a so-called shipping confirmation and Track & Trace code. Until today, the order has not even been received by PostNL. Other orders placed at other web shops in the snow and frost period, all delivered within 2 days. What is happening here?

I've always been satisfied. Prices are nowhere offered cheaper. The waiting time is longer than other packages but has improved positively over the years. I know in advance that it will take a little longer and I have no problems with this, since the products are always neatly in place and arrive intact due to the packaging. Perhaps offer the shipping costs free of charge from a lower amount in the future so that it becomes easier not to order for months in advance.

ordered something, after 2 days no shipping confirmation but needed it so I also ordered somewhere else to be sure. Fortunately, this came in the next day. meanwhile got a message that something was not available and that it was canceled and the rest would be shipped. after 6 days an email that something is not available, in the meantime I am still waiting
