Purchased a festool vacuum cleaner at this company. Expressly asked if the model 2018 was with the smooth hose. I get the order inside the old model and even with candy paper. And lubricate it. Contact sought. It must last for a long time to call itself. And finally she only wanted to exchange the snake. You do not even get a track and trace so you can see which day something comes in. I had already paid through the ideal. Do you get a quote later that I have not paid and want to pay as soon as possible? Really a mess I would not recommend this company. Sincerely
