I have the feeling that they do as much as possible not to pay you with damage, I think that is a shame. Also, after terminating my insurance, I then had to wait 9 months and make 6 phone calls, but still pay every month. Mistakes can happen, but would have expected a slightly more professional attitude (instead of blaming me in this case). I personally would not recommend this insurance, even though it seems the best choice given the cost.

Yes there he is! The worst (car) insurance company in the Netherlands! They think paying a (relatively high) premium every month is fine. But it is not possible to talk to their customers if small damage has been driven. You are put through and put through and no one wants to tell who you are talking to. After 1.5 hours you think you finally have the right person and have reported the damage: you will be called back within three days. Of course you will not be called back .. and if you call again and you are on hold for 40 minutes you will be told that there is no known damage on the license plate .. I have now played 5 hours in total (this is not an exaggeration) in 3 days and apparently I have not even been able to report my damage. Also difficult, if you have 14 telephone numbers. Also difficult, if some of them are even out of use ..

After 30 years of being insured with Meeus or her predecessors, I am now very disappointed at the acquisition of Meeus by Aon (the feeling that insurances are being spread, wrong or colored advice). The trust is completely gone and I immediately terminated my insurance policies. I am still 35 euros cheaper per month on my entire insurance package. Ronald Everaars
