We had reserved a breakfast two weeks ago. This would be delivered between 8 and 9. After half past 10 we tried to call the company several times. No one was available by phone. Out of need I have sent emails (to which no response has been received to this day). As a last option I tried to make contact through the Facebook chat. Finally I got a response at a quarter past 10: Hello, we have handed over the breakfast service to someone else and see that your breakfast did not go along. Final conclusion, no breakfast. This is very unfortunate if you are already waiting for a breakfast from a quarter to eight and do not know whether they will come or not. I would get my money back. Eventually I had to call several times after 9 days. This time I managed to get someone on the phone. The same day the money was deposited in my account. The contact was difficult and she did not find it customer-oriented. No understanding was shown, because we have waited so long for breakfast.
