Mrs Viola is very unprofessional with regard to canceling insurance. If you cancel in writing, by e-mail, it will be forwarded to a member of their staff who says that I end with good, stupid people. Never had anything with this company and then quit customers. For this, 1 star for this insurance company. I immediately canceled all other insurance policies.
