No privacy at the desk and a long wait. After an employee has looked up the takeaway recipe in the computer, you see her do other things for at least 10 minutes, no idea what she is doing but not with your recipe. Just when you think they have forgotten you, they finally come back to the desk. Nice and loud and clear for people and country, they explain how to use the medicine from which everyone can tell what you have been to the doctor for. The only reason the fact that I will still be there is the accessibility.

It is easy to make promises, but it is impossible to keep them. Have to fight for 3 weeks to get prescription medication because everyone 'has already done it' but nowhere is the medication that I still have available. And no it is not about paracetamoles !!!
