Always long waiting times, on average 10 minutes? Always takes much longer, it is never ready! And if something is needed, but not in stock, you will be referred to the Wilhelmina pharmacy. Dear pharmacy, it is your problem that you do not have enough in stock so take it out yourself and do not put the problem on your customers' plate. VERY BAD SERVICE !!!!! And now also delivered to the wrong address, what are we doing?

In December 2016 we switched from the Singel Apotheek to Apotheek Themmen. The reason for this switch was the terribly long waiting times, which is a bit different at Themmen. This afternoon I had to get medication for a relative from ..... you guessed it the Singel Pharmacy (now BENU). Three clients had to be helped there, three, I had to wait more than half an hour, namely 35 minutes. I am so glad that we switched, even though I received money, I did not want it back. Sincerely

Good explanation and if there are no more recipes for me they call me that I have to request new recipes again And delivery also good.
