Overdevest Bicycles

The team (now known as Kiestra Fietsen) is very friendly and professional. My Dutch wasn't fantastic and yet the person behind the counter (the owner?) listened patiently and was very polite throughout. I went there to get my front lights fixed and also requested for a check. I thought I had to replace my dynamo but in the end it was not even necessary! Extra money spent evaded! They gave their honest advice if I should replace my pedals. I can replace it if I find it irritating (personal preference) but it won't break my bike if I don't. I didn't even need to wait until the next day to collect my bike. This is one of the most pleasant customer experiences I had (next to dining) and I highly recommend them!

They have treated me well and their prices and work are fair.

The bicycle was picked up at home because of the corona. Service given to the e-bike. Here and there some replaced by order. Bicycle was brought home neatly. - neatly fulfills agreements. - no surprises on the invoice unknown to me but will definitely come back here. Very satisfied!

Where I had to wait at other bicycle repairers until mid-November, I could immediately go to Overdevest. Super friendly employees, great price and my bike was fixed within 1 day. I am very satisfied !!
