Just awful!

Great thing. Great service even in these difficult lockdown times

I've been coming here for over 30 years. Always quite satisfied but lately it has been hopeless. Jan Wisse promises to call you back because he cannot answer a question immediately. Well then you can wait until Sint Juttemis because he doesn't call back. And if you just drop by, he won't remember. And an excuse cannot be dismissed either. Customer-friendly is different. When a certain Ronald was still working there, things went well, he was very thoughtful. Unfortunately, you cannot say that (anymore) about the boss.

sat nicely outside because the bicycle repairman was busy with customers outside, then two customers walk into the store, bicycle repairman with those customers we also enter the store but after 15 minutes of waiting and no response left, very unfortunate.

This was one of the saddest experiences here in Almere. I bought a locker that just broke at the second day of usage, but that was not the worst issue, the worst is the lack of client service.
