Today 1st, free, service for my bike. Nice mechanic, but he does not know how to turn off the constant lighting. ☹️ Indicated that I feel considerable resistance at the moment of shifting. He would adjust the gear. After 30 minutes the bike is "ready". Neatly and neatly mounted a mirror at my request. Lighting just stays on! I felt the same resistance on the chain when driving off and shifting gears! I also hear an, always already, "dragging" sound from the front wheel. You always hear this a bit, but now more loudly. Then about 6 seconds "normal" again and then louder. Except for the mirror and air in my tires, I don't know what else has been done on my bike .... 😔🤔

Yesterday we were helped by a friendly man Arend Jan despite duty / measures, the seller just took off his mask because I am hard of hearing, I don't have to look at my partner what Arend Jan was going to explain. This way the communication between us runs very smoothly, with clear explanations. That's how it should be despite this corona time! Respect for Arend Jan, thank you for your clear explanation and advice.

Stella bicycle ordered in Almere and picked up in Nunspeet. Good explanation and excellent delivery. Friendly staff. After driving less than a kilometer, the front tire turned out to be flat. After a phone call, we could already visit Almere the same afternoon. New inner tube fitted. Mechanic extremely precise and took all the time for additional questions. Perfect!
