Got advice to buy a mentholgel from the apotheek, they said it will help the rash of my kid. Turned out the gel makes the rash worse. Called the apotheek and said i want to return the product. The women that answer the phone was rude and didn’t want to accept the product. The mentholgel cost 17€.

Poor service, do not listen to the customer and tell a different story about the medicines each time, careless handling of medication and ignoring medical necessity.
