Somehow I am registered here again even though I have never been. This in turn causes problems when I want to pick up a prescription at my own pharmacy, where I have been coming for years. Never signed for that they could register me there, but my own pharmacy does need a signature to register me again. Not the first time this happened, by the way.

I receive an email that I can pick up my medicines after 11 a.m. but when I come at 4 p.m. only 1 medicine out of 5 has been ordered.
