Employees are not proactive on the phone. I had called and got someone on the line who did not introduce himself. Called again and an employee would escalate my question to my doctor, had to call back in 2 days, another colleague could not find anything about my call, now I have to wait again. The colleague I spoke to could not speak Dutch well either. I think that if you do customer service you should have a good command of the Dutch language, those people represent your company. It's a mess there.

Do not know a worse pharmacy than the bow, worthless staff always grumpy, unmotivated. The standard medications are usually not there, if you order on Monday and you can get it Thursday they have to make it you are waiting for another 45 minutes, why do I order it. Staff is quietly chatting behind while there are a number of people waiting does not interest them anything so I can continue for a while

Employees of the pharmacy are very unfriendly ... And do not know how to advise me about the medicine they have prescribed for me ...

Very unfriendly personel of the pharmacy. Not only against me, but also against the customers who were before me. I will not go to this pharmacy anymore. 😞

The staff is very nice but the pharmacist is really not good a course customer-friendly would not hurt a very human being she thinks we are there for her but I think it is the other way around 😠
