It is a nice Hotel with frendly people and nice rooms
Great, clean little place to stay.
The room was a smoker's room. There was no air conditioning, just a fan. Towel missing in the bathroom and no shower mat. Breakfast was ok with fried eggs or omelettes prepared on demand. I needed a hotel with free parking so this hotel was the best option. I thought we could have walked to town but there was no sidewalk so I had to drive and pay for parking in Leiden.
Just a regular everyday normal Bastion hotel. People who are familiar with the concept know what to expect when visiting a Bastion hotel.
Very kind and lovely staff. There is no kitchen chef what makes dinner a point where they aren't as good as you may expect. Rooms are small but good for the night. A huge parking lot is present.
Vegan pizza and pesto pasta that look like they were prepared by a student in their first year away from home AND somehow it took 30-40 mins to make. Do not eat here. Not cheap, no flavour. Definitely won't be ordering breakfast in the morning.
UPDATED: The member of staff was great (run off her feet) and the rooms were fine, my complaint here is that the hotel thinks that it's acceptable serve such a poor quality selection of ingredients on a plate and charge €13.50 for it.
