Clearly needs way way better management
They booked construction at 7 am above rooms with guests
we had no way of contacting reception due to oversights not leaving the introduction packet in our room
Furthermore the room had mould growing in the ceiling and our ac was broken so barely any sleep was had
Amazing wellness center, good but not very clean room, poor breakfast
Great service, great rooms, great view, decent breakfast, good location and overall definitely a 5 star experience
Rooms were modern and very good. Food was very good price/quality. Elevators were a disaster and service was not professional. We got the impression that there were a lot of trainees working there and nobody with sufficient overview.
Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet and good restaurant.
