Wide choice of bicycles and accessories. On site repair and maintenance also offered. Very pleased with the service and advice offered. Female employee is very friendly and customer service oriented. Male employee was direct and to the point, however, was helpful and provided good service and advice.

Afrader, 'making' a bicycle to find out afterwards that the bicycle is at least as badly finished as before, plus charging extra money for an unsolicited repair where it is impossible to verify whether it had to be made and / or made at all. Going back: finding out that something had to be made whose parts are not in stock in the store and then I have to go to another bike shop. Why start a repair if you don't have the expertise and resources in-house? No money back of course. Deposed: a pity.

I am well helped, good service and super friendly !! As if you are family. They advised me on a top bike, and I came from The Hague for it. I would recommend everyone to go to Firma Roest, only then do you know what service is !!

Staff is very unfriendly. Yet walked in several times in recent years to be able to compare with other stores. For example, we have been to a new children's bicycle, bicycle seats, skates and a teen bike. Not every time or not helped well. They were miserable to speak with us decently. We were recently bawled about the store because we came to ask for information (and did not want to buy directly).
