I went in with my bike to get a winter service and came back to a bill for 200+ euros. I had to take the bike immediately back as it wasn't even fixed. When I stated that I thought it was really unprofessional to charge me this much and not even bother to check if the bike was rideable, the owner just reacted as he couldn't care less. Do not go to this company, cowboys who ripped me off obviously thinking that I wasn't local and that they could get away with it.

Rented a bike for 7 days, got charged for 8! Fine if I had been told that upfront. Very rude and unprofessional - would NOT recommend.

Do not let these cowboys anywhere near your bike. 1 punctured tyre turns into two broken gearboxes over the space of 1 month. Absolutely pathetic service. Go to lifecycle on Achterom instead

My back wheel broke down so I bought a new one here. Unfortunately the size was incorrect. I could switch the wheel free of charge and they gave me some useful tips and tricks to mount it. Very kind hearted people! I''m a local :)

The staff here is nice and we had no issues with our short term rentals. To rent a bike it was 10€ a day. Not the best prices, but the convenient location to the train station made it worth it.
